~ Cancellation Policy ~

All changes and cancellations must be done at least 48 hours prior the rental's start time.

Any booking cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged the full booking amount.

For events, filming, multiple bookings (over 8 hours of rented studio), all cancellations must be done at least 72 hours before its scheduled start time.

~ Booking ~
All bookings require a credit card or debit card to be on file.
The day of the rental, renters can decide to pay with the card on file, or a different card, check or cash.
However, Liv'art is authorized to charge the card on file if payment has not been made.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.

~ Start-up and Ending Time ~
Rented studios will only be available at the rented time.

Additional fee will be charged if the studio is entered prior the rented time.

Additional fee will also be charged if the studio is used past the original booking time.
If you finish your booking early you are still responsible to pay for the full amount of time that you booked.

ON-GOING EVENTS
If you need studio space for on-going events, please email us with full details.

AUDITIONS

If you need studio space for an audition, please email us with full details.

If you are planning on having more than 45 people at any time, you must rent another studio (holding room) large enough to accommodate all your auditionees. Due to fire codes, we cannot have people in the hallways. All auditionees need to be inside a studio. You must have enough staff at your audition to handle registrations and crowd control.

Please contact the office prior to booking your audition so we can find out what type of audition it is and find the best rooms that will fit your audition needs. Rates will differ according to the size of your audition.

If these policies are not followed, Liv'art reserves the right to shut down an audition.

FILMING RATES

Liv'art welcomes commercial and non-commercial filming.

However, rates will vary according to the size of the project.
